INSULATED METALLIZED POLYESTER FLEXIBLE AIR DUCTS

– Insulated flexible metallized polyester air ducts are seamless constructed, highly reliable
for low to medium operating pressures for heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

– The duct consists of a double layer metallized polyester film laminated of flame
retardant adhesive, encapsulating a galvanized hard steel wire, surrounded by a blanket
of hypoallergenic Glasswool insulation of 25mm thickness, sheathed in a metallized
polyester jacket.

– Supplied in diameters from 102mm (4”) up to 457mm(18”) extendable up to 10m,
compressed to approximately 0.90m for easy transport and storage.

– No unravelling when cut to length.

– The thick vapor barrier (blanket) of hypoallergenic Glasswool is energy efficient and
has excellent thermal characteristics.

– They are flexible, smooth inside and thanks to the galvanized hard steel wire, are
highly durable and have high resistance to deformation.

– They are airtight with low friction loss and have low operation and maintenance cost.

– The circular connectors are easily installed.

– The lightweight Cardon Box reduces the warehouse and handling costs.
